Cancellations
To cancel an order, email info@raftiki.com within 24 hours of placing it.
Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order confirmation, provided that:

Items are unworn, in original packaging, and have all tags/labels attached.

You request a Returns Form by emailing info@raftiki.com and include it in your return shipment.

You retain proof of postage (note: this is not proof of delivery).
Processing Time: 10ā15 working days from receipt.
Important Notes:

Returns are not accepted if the error was made by the customer during the order (use the 24-hour cancellation option instead).

If your return reduces the original order value below ā¬75 (and you received free shipping), a ā¬5.50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns that donāt meet our policy may be declined.
Lost Items
Items are only considered lost in transit if 14 days have passed since the expected delivery date.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

Take clear photos of the issue.

Email them to info@raftiki.com along with your order number.

Return the item within 10 days of receiving return confirmation.
Garment Care
Each item includes specific care instructions and shrinkage allowance. Raftiki OOD is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect garment care.
