Returns

Unfortunately, we shall not be able to accept a return if the reason is the error you have made when placing the order (you have a cancellation within 24hrs option) Should you wish to proceed with the return please refer to our Returns Policy:

any unwanted item(s) bought from www.raftiki.com can be sent for a refund or an exchange within 14 days from the day of the order confirmation provided that item(s) hasn’t been worn and has kept its original packaging, tags, and labels.
