Cancellations

Please get in touch via email support@raftiki.com within 24hrs if you want to cancel your order.

Returns

Unfortunately, we shall not be able to accept a return if the reason is the error you have made when placing the order (you have a cancellation within 24hrs option) Should you wish to proceed with the return please refer to our Returns Policy:

any unwanted item(s) bought from www.raftiki.com can be sent for a refund or an exchange within 14 days from the day of the order confirmation provided that item(s) hasn’t been worn and has kept its original packaging, tags, and labels.

email to:  support@raftiki.com to obtain a Returns Form. The Returns Form has to be filled in and included in the parcel. Keep the confirmation of postage for your own record (Note: it is not proof of receipt by us)

Once received, returns are processed within 14 working days. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted.

It is recommended to choose the size according to your child's current measurements. The duration for which the garment will fit depends on the individual's rate of growth.
